Rego Park – One of Queens' Most Loved Communities

Rego Park, Queens is one of Queens, NY's most loved communities. It’s a local community that provides residents and merchants opportunities for socializing, community service, activism and improving the quality of the neighborhood. Rego Park has also formed the new alliance "Rego Park Green", which has been extremely active in the community planting trees and flowers, adding new garbage cans and doing needed repairs.



Rego Park is quite a diverse neighborhood within the borough of Queens. It's bordered by Corona, Elmhurst, Forest Hills and Middle Village. Locals not only love the community for its continuous improvements, but also for its convenience to New York City and Long Island.



There are several ways to travel: via the expressway, Long Island Rail Road, New York City Subway and numerous buses that travel between neighborhoods and locations in Manhattan.



Rego Park is also a great place to raise a family. There are several public and private schools within the community. Students who attend public schools will attend schools operated by the New York City Department of Education. And seven schools are actually zoned for Rego Park, Queens.



Recreation is also abundant in Rego Park. There are several parks around town for the whole family to take advantage of any day of the week.

    Rego Park is a gem that many times is over looked.
    Take a drive or stroll through the neighborhood and you realize what a nice place Rego Park is to live.
